For prospective Kindergarten students, it is suggested that the enrollment process begin 18-24 months before your child's fifth birthday. Kindergarten students should be five before September 1 of the year entering Alpha School. For prospective students entering grades one through eight, we suggest you make your appointment the fall prior to your child's entrance at Alpha. Your children are welcome to spend a school day with Alpha students. The opportunity to attend a regular school day is a wonderful way to ensure Alpha will be a good fit for your child. Applications may be obtained by either downloading from the Alpha School web site (www.alphaschool.org) or by calling the school office (412.366.4455). The Application is not complete without current school transcripts and completed teacher recommendations. Application and test fees must accompany the admissions applications.
