Bringing Art to Life

One of traditions our 5th grade students look forward to is Mrs. Brown-Clair's Talking Art Museum. Students research artists and their famous paintings, recreate the paintings and write speeches, and then become both the artist and the painting! They also make presentations in front of other classes, which hones their public speaking skills. What a creative, fun way to bring art to life!
